Their stuff is pretty cool, nice shirts...however I wish that the designs were a little bit different. I will create some new Quarashi: Selling Ice to Greenland T-Shirts soon when I re-design the website. However, currently, SITG is the only site that offers Quarashi posters and stickers for purchase (they will be online in less than a month at our store). This site will be similar to the LPunderground site in setup: chat, media, message board, etc. This will be the place for Q fans to meet online. I know this isn't Quarashi related...but I just had to share this site with you all. I'm sure everyone has heard or seen "The Osbournes" on MTV, but at MTV UK...they play the Osbournes. They've created an online, interactive Osbournes game that models itself after the popular "The Sims" game. It's really funny and cool...you can make Ozzy perform and curse, make everyone fight. I'm sorry to announce that the QFN will be closing its doors at CommunityZero.com. The reason is that the site, our main server and script provider, is now charging for membership. I understand that current members and new members do not want to pay to use the QFN, or to view documents and news posted. What I'm working on now is a stand-alone website where users can login, post their own page with information, links, etc. The new QFN will include a live BBS, chat, member profiles, and if possible member upload pages. They're back! Here's a message from Omar that he posted on the official Q BBS. "Hey gang whaaaat's happening? Well we are back home after well recived tour through a good part of the world. Japan was incredible and Australia was realy good. Two packed shows in Sidney and Mellbourne. Cold as shit and raining but well worth the trip. We also did a five song performans on live TV in Aussie land that was not without it's problems. First the computer skipped a few seconds in the intro and we had to rush the stage and in Malone lives the wireless mic unit caught on fire and the mics died and boy did we look stupid. But in Stick'em up we got new mics and made up for lost confidence by trashing the stage which made the crowd happy. The trip home was murder. 22 hours of flying and we lived the 24th of august twice, which was weird. But we are home and on the 12th of September we have a show here in Iceland which I hope will go well. See some of you later." - Omar "Swarez"

While I haven't updated much over the summer, several things have been occuring in the Quarashi community. A new fansite, simply titled The Unofficial Quarashi Fansite is up and running. Q has finished on the Warped Tour and will do some more dates overseas. Hopefully they'll return to the American shores soon and hit up the small clubs. Q also released their new single, Mr. Jinx. I'll post the live version of that track from Carson Daly a.s.a.p. Until then, check out the QFN and the Digital Street Team for more news and such!!

I just finished up the site today. It's not that complicated, but it will have a lot of features in the coming months. If you have photos or things related to Quarashi, mail them to djillusion@djillusion.com. The guys will start touring the US this summer and hit up individual music festivals (DC peepz, check out this year's HFStival! Quarashi will be there Saturday, the 25th. Tickets go on sale this Saturday at 9am!!) and on this year's Warped Tour.
